This is a holding cabinet used to transport warm food to holding temperatures. the thermostat is adjustable and can accommodate up to 18 pans. It has a control  panel with power "on" and heater "on" indicator lights, has 4 wheels with 2 brakes, full length glass door to view food inside the cabinet. Pan spacing 3 inches.
